Elections are coming

The Board of Directors is gearing up for another election cycle. This is our annual process - now in the planning stages. Soon we will begin accepting nominations. We have some changes in the works for the process and the timeline. Look for more information on this when we open the nominations period.

Publications

AUGIWORLD is strong and continuing to move ahead. A special issue is coming out that will begin the focus on AUGI turning 20 years old. Yes, AUGI has been around in some fashion (as NAAUG, then AUGI) for almost 20 years. We will kick off the celebration with the coming issue and carry it through until the Summer of 2010. Look for focuses on the past, present, and future. Send your AUGI stories to president@augi.com.

Have you seen it?

AUGI Career Center – A major upgrade and expansion on our Career Corner Forum. Now we have a full-feature job board and career center. Post your resume, search jobs, find employment. Another free member service that is brought to you by AUGI and JobTarget. Firms that have openings can post them for a discounted fee for the first few months.

So far we have more than 135 resumes posted, employers signing up to post openings, and more than 600 jobs viewed in the first month. Go to http://careers.augi.com or select the Career dropdown menu on the home page.
