Hello AUGI Member!
Last issue I mentioned that AUGI will begin hosting Revit Technology Conference materials, and that has begun!. If you are interested in BIM and Revit then hop on over to the AUGI Forums right here: http://forums.augi.com/forumdisplay.php?1413-Conferences and check out RTC as well as years’ worth of AU materials.
In other news AUGI will begin working with Kevin Merritt, formally of Autodesk, as our new Community Director. Kevin brings years of experience in community development and as a great business acumen to really help us grow and manage the organization. He is slated to start in August in earnest and look to begin hearing from him as well.
Regarding the AUGI.com login project, portions have gone live and we are beginning to see a drop in “help me” requests. This has been a hard upgrade to make but I believe it has been well worth the wait! As always, if you have issues just ping Donnia at membership@augi.com.
Over on the AUGIWORLD magazine, the September 2013 issue is due in a few weeks and you know what that means – the Salary Survey! Each year we release the results of the collective insight of AUGI members around the world. You should reference this information as the year winds down and you push for more compensation and benefits.
Anyone planning on going to AU2013 in Las Vegas? Waiting to know when registration opens? Don’t tell anyone I told you… but registration is set to be open by Sep 12.
