Default Started project w/o Catalog. Would now like to use one. Possible?

I started a project without a catalog and did the take off of all model items. I'd now like to bring the masterformat catalog into the project. Is this possible? I'm not finding a way.

At the very end of the Quantification Workbook tab there's the import/export catalog icon(on top).
