2014 Do I need to neutralize a value in this formula??

Number-> text conversion can't happen in Revit, the only way I can see this being able to happen is to use BIMLink or similar and using Excel to fill out the "Fake EWT" parameter - not a fully automatic process but it would work. Another method could be to create 2 schedules filtered by the CHW...
