AUGI is an independent, self-supporting organization. AUGI is closely tied to Autodesk, but is not a part of it. AUGI is a volunteer organization made up of users just like you.
AUGI represents the Autodesk user community and, as such, meets regularly with top Autodesk executives to voice AUGI members’ needs and concerns. And Autodesk listens. Items on AUGI’s famous “Wish Lists” (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Inventor)—are always considered by Autodesk’s research and development teams. Year after year, Autodesk developers include multiple wish list items in each release of their products.
Autodesk knows they can turn to AUGI for input on numerous matters—from product development to user response to new Autodesk products and programs. And AUGI, representing its members, delivers that valuable input. This results in better software products and finely tuned programs that meet the needs of AUGI members worldwide.
