Rick is the Inventor Wish List Manager and a former director of the AUGI Board. He is the a Senior Designer and CAD manager for the Aircraft Design Engineering Division at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Patuxent River, MD, where he designs aircraft modifications using Autocad and Inventor.

Rick has been a active member of AUGI since 1993(NAAUG).
