While we make every effort to insure that AUGI Exchange submissions are virus-free and work as expected, you must understand that these submissions are made available for download on an "as is", "as available", and "with all faults" basis.

We cannot and do not warrant that AUGI Exchange submissions will be timely, complete, accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that defects in any submission will be corrected.

You understand and expressly agree that your use of the AUGI Exchange is at your own discretion and at your sole risk, including that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from usage, downloading, or transmission of any submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind regarding AUGI Exchange submissions including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, completeness, reliability, systems integration, quiet enjoyment, non-interference, and non-infringement, and any other implied warranties otherwise arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
