Here are some common questions our members have about the AUGI Training Program (ATP).
Do I have to pay to take an ATP course?
No. AUGI offers ATP courses free of charge as part of its ongoing commitment to helping its members around the world.
How many classes can I take in a given month?
There is no limit to how many courses you may sign up for in a given period.
What if I register for a course, then discover I can't take it?
You can "unregister" for any course. Just go to your My ATP page, locate the course you want to drop, and click the "Unregister" link on the My Status line.
Can I still download course materials after the course has ended?
Yes. Course materials are available for open download in the ATP Archive three months after a course has ended.
If I have a suggestion for a course offering or decide I'd like to teach a course, whom can I contact?
To make a suggestion, click on the link in the left-hand sash called Suggest a Course. To learn more about teaching an ATP course, click on the link in the left-hand sash called Would You Like to Teach?. We encourage all AUGI members to take an active role in the ATP, whether that means taking courses, offering ideas for course content, or even teaching.
